AUDIT REFERRALS

Quotes and audit enquiries

Ask for a clearly defined engagement

Compare the work included

A useful audit or review quote explains what is included. Ask about the entity and sites covered, the audit or review criteria, expected staff time, travel, reporting and any follow up activity. Confirm how the business will handle changes in scope and what additional work may cost. A lower price is difficult to compare if important work has been left outside the quote.

You can ask more than one business for a quote, subject to their availability and your preferences. Each recipient should be identified before business information is shared. Capital Referral Network does not guarantee that participating businesses offer the lowest price or represent the whole market. The final engagement is between your organisation and thechosen business. Confirm deadlines directly and avoid relying on an estimated introduction date as a confirmed audit booking.

Prepare your referral summary

Enter your business name, contact person, role, email, telephone and operating locations. Select NDIS, aged care or TAC, followed by the purpose of the enquiry. Choose approved external audit, readiness consulting, internal review or unsure. Include a target date and say whether it comes from an official notice. A short scope description is enough for the initial enquiry.

Please do not upload participant files, resident records, employee records, official identity documents or confidential regulator correspondence to this general form. We can clarify what a proposed receiving business needs after its identity and service scope are confirmed. Before sharing your enquiry, we will identify the recipient and the details proposed for transfer. The receiving business must independently confirm whether it can accept the engagement and meet your timing.
