Welcome to Capital Referral Network

A clearer path to the right service

Capital Referral Network is a website based referral service connecting people and businesses with external service providers. Whether you are seeking a financial services conversation, a NDIS provider or a business that can help with an audit enquiry, start by telling us what you need. We help organise an introduction so you can discuss the service directly with the
receiving business.

Connections with a clear purpose

Understand our role before you take the next step

Capital Referral Network brings three referral pathways together in one place: financial and
credit services introductions, NDIS provider introductions, and audit or compliance business
introductions. Our role is to help an enquiry reach a relevant external contact with the
permission of the person or organisation involved. We begin with a clear description of what
you are seeking.

Who we are

Capital Referral Network brings three referral pathways together in one place: financial and credit services introductions, NDIS provider introductions, and audit or compliance business introductions. Our role is to help an enquiry reach a relevant external contact with the permission of the person or organisation involved. We begin with a clear description of what you are seeking.

How we approach an enquiry

Service scope, location, communication needs and current capacity can all affect a referral. We encourage you to describe what matters to you rather than provide unnecessary private records. Where a suitable contact is available, the introduction creates an opportunity for you to discuss your requirements directly and decide whether to continue.

Who delivers the service

Capital Referral Network handles the introduction. External providers are responsible for the professional services, assessments, recommendations, contracts and work they agree to deliver. We can help clarify which type of enquiry you want to make, but the appropriate provider must determine whether it can assist within its authority and professional scope. A
provider may request more information or decide that another service would be more
appropriate.

What an introduction means

For financial enquiries, a referral is not a personal recommendation about a loan, investment, insurance policy or financial product. For NDIS enquiries, a referral does not establish plan eligibility or permission to claim a support. For audit enquiries, an introduction is not certification, registration, regulator endorsement or a promise of compliance. Any separate service offered by Capital Referral Network in future must be clearly described and approved
before publication.
