FAQ’s
Does a referral guarantee that a business can help? No. The receiving business must confirm scope, capacity and its ability to accept your enquiry. Can I choose a provider outside the network? Yes. You are free to make your own arrangements. Will you send my details to every partner? The referral process identifies the intended recipient and seeks permission for the information to be shared.
Does the network provide financial advice, NDIS services or audits? This referral modelarranges introductions; the receiving provider delivers its separately agreed services. Can someone enquire for me? Yes, subject to your wishes and appropriate authority. Can I stop a referral? Contact us with your reference number. If details have already been sent, we will explain the recipient and the next steps for stopping further contact. How quickly will someone respond? Timing depends on the agreed operating process and the receiving business’s availability.
You can consider alternatives and approach businesses outside the network. If more than one introduction is proposed, understand the identity of each recipient and the information to be sent. The receiving businesses provide their own quotes. Capital Referral Network does not promise that participating providers represent the whole market or the lowest available price.
The referral itself does not determine NDIS funding, TAC payment, finance approval or a regulator decision. The relevant provider or decision maker must consider the applicable requirements. Ask for the payment basis and any required authorisation to be clarified before services begin.
Ask who the business is, why the introduction is proposed and which details will be shared. Permission for one introduction is not intended as unrestricted permission to circulate your information. You can ask to contact the next business yourself.
