Understand the referral relationship
Clear boundaries for using the website
Capital Referral Network provides a pathway to request introductions to external businesses.
Submitting an enquiry does not create a loan, NDIS support agreement, audit engagement or
other professional service contract. Each receiving business is responsible for confirming its
authority, scope, availability, fees and terms for the services it offers.
A referral may involve a commercial relationship with a receiving business. Any applicable
referral fee, commission, listing benefit or other arrangement should be explained before you
agree to the introduction. Ask who pays the benefit and what triggers it. Any charge payable by
you must be disclosed separately before you commit. A free enquiry does not mean a provider’s
services are free.
You can decline an introduction and choose businesses outside the network. Please provide
accurate enquiry information, respect other people’s privacy and only share information you are
entitled to provide. Do not assume that the network considers every business in the market or
that a paid relationship establishes suitability for your circumstances.
A referral does not guarantee approval, funding, service capacity, audit findings or registration.
Information about a provider is a starting point for your own discussion. Nothing in this website
content is intended to exclude rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. If the
service or proposed recipient changes, ask for the new arrangement to be explained before
proceeding.
