NDIS Referral Services

Connecting Participants with Suitable NDIS Support Providers

We help NDIS participants, families, and carers connect with suitable disability support providers based on their individual needs, preferences, and goals. Our referral services aim to simplify the process of finding appropriate support options and connecting participants with providers who can assist them in achieving greater independence and improving their quality of life.

Find an NDIS provider contact

Capital Referral Network can help NDIS participants and authorised supporters make enquiries with external service providers. Tell us the support you are seeking, where it is needed and how you would like the provider to contact you. We can use these details to seek a relevant introduction, subject to provider capacity and your permission.

Daily living and community support

People seek daily living support for different reasons and with different levels of assistance. An enquiry may relate to personal routines, household tasks or help organising parts of the day. Tell us which activities you want to discuss, your approximate preferred schedule and any worker preferences that matter to you. You can give a general description without sharing a detailed medical history.

Allied health provider introductions

An enquiry may involve occupational therapy, psychology, speech pathology, physiotherapy or another allied health discipline offered by participating providers. Tell us the discipline you ares eeking, the broad purpose of the appointment and your preferred location or appointment format. You may ask about assessment availability or ongoing therapy without uploading reports at the first step.

Employment and support organisation

Employment related support needs can include building workplace routines, practising communication, preparing for interviews or learning tasks in a way that suits the person. Tell us the type of employment assistance you want to discuss and any preferences about location, hours or communication. We can seek an introduction to an external provider offering relevant services within its scope.

Home and living enquiries

Home and living enquiries may involve different support models and accommodation arrangements. Tell us whether you want to discuss support in your current home or a possible move. Give a general location preference and describe the practical assistance you want to explore. We can seek a provider contact where a relevant business is available, without promising a vacancy or a funded arrangement.

Check the provider and service

Provider registration status and registration scope matter for some supports and funding arrangements. Before agreeing to a service, ask the receiving business for its legal name, relevant registration information and confirmation that it can deliver the proposed support under the applicable rules. Registered status does not mean that every service offered by a business is covered by its registration.

Make an NDIS provider enquiry

Provide your name, contact details, general location and the type of support you are seeking. You can describe preferred days, communication needs, languages and worker preferences. Tell us whether the enquiry is for you or someone you support. Plan management type may be requested if it is needed to identify a relevant provider; you can choose unsure and discuss it later.
