Tell us the general nature of the financial services contact you are seeking. Depending on the approved service scope and available partners, we may introduce you to a business holding the relevant Australian credit licence, credit representative authority, Australian financial services licence or authorised representative authority. The required authority depends on the activity.
A credit licence alone does not establish authority to provide every financial service. Our role is to arrange an introduction. The receiving business considers your circumstances and decides whether it can assist. We do not compare loans, assess borrowing capacity, recommend a product or promise an approval through this referral pathway. Please do not enter account passwords, tax file numbers, card details or internet banking credentials. Any
later document request should come through the receiving business’s verified process.
Personal credit enquiries
If you want to speak with a credit business, describe the general purpose of the introduction and your preferred contact method. We can record that you are seeking a conversation about home lending, personal credit or another approved category. A licensed or appropriately authorised receiving business must handle the credit assessment and explain the application process and its own disclosures.
Submitting an enquiry on our website is not a credit application. We do not tell you which credit contract to choose or suggest that you should apply for a particular loan. The receiving business may discuss income, expenses, liabilities and objectives through its own secure process. Ask about its licence or representative details, service fees, lender relationships and complaint process. Do not assume that an introduction means a loan is affordable, suitable or likely to be approved.
